The Role: ER Specialist As an ER Specialist at Cleanaway, you will play a pivotal role partnering with HR and the business to provide specialist advice and coaching on a range of ER matters. This role will leverage your deep ER expertise to lead investigations and complex end to end ER cases, and deliver commercial and practical Employee Relations advisory services through best practice approaches.
Key Responsibilities: Foster a supportive, collaborative and respectful workplaceSupport the delivery of robust enterprise ER frameworks and processesLead complex workplace investigationsProvide technical expertise to HR and Business leaders in complex ER mattersEnsure ER practices are compliant with industrial instruments, legislation and regulationsProactively support and develop leader capabilityQualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have:
Tertiary qualifications in HR / ER or related disciplineDemonstrated experience as an ER / IR practitionerExperience working in a blue collar and highly unionised environmentProven experience managing end to end complex ER mattersDeeply familiar with, and up to date on, current labour laws, regulations, and best practice ER, ensuring company's employee relations practices are effective and remain compliantExposure to formal proceedings involving Employees, FWC, Trade Unions or other external bodies/partiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsWhat's in It for You?
