About the OpportunityCleanCo is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join our People and Culture team based in Brisbane as a trusted partner, providing expert advice and coaching to leaders and employees to ensure successful operations and positive outcomes.
You will help develop our Industrial Relations (IR) framework and Employee Relations (ER) governance structure. You will partner, coach and provide best practice advice to support the delivery of successful day to day operations and achievement of positive outcomes.
This key role will develop IR framework and ER governance structures and will provide specialist support and advice in areas such as industrial relations, remuneration and enterprise bargaining and the education and guidance of leaders through people issues.
This is a newly created permanent opportunity and will require semi-regular travel to our operating sites across QLD, and includes a mix of working in the office on-site and from home.
About youTo be successful in this opportunity you will have: Expert understanding of workplace legislation, regulator frameworks and experience interpreting and applying industrial instruments across a unionised workforce.Previous leadership experience and ability to coach, mentor and help your team to thrive.The ability to provide high quality, consistent advice on ER/IR matters as they relate to office and site-based employees.Experience in the management of investigations, performance issues, case management, complaints, disputes, and grievances in a complex organisational setting.Proven experience in negotiating enterprise agreements and working with unions.Postgraduate qualifications or progress in HR, IR, Law or related field, with extensive HR experience.Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for operational and strategic HR needs.High-level of problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly on complex and sensitive matters that will have significant organisational impact.Excellent communication skills including experience facilitating workshops related to improving IR/ER processes and practices within an organisation.You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.What We Can OfferWe understand that work is just one important aspect of our employee's lives.
