This newly created role will join our dynamic Asia Pacific People Team, based at either our Heathwood (Brisbane) or Truganina (Melbourne) sites.

This role is being implemented into the business to create meaningful impact in a rapidly changing environment." - Matt, P&C Director APAC Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the employee relations landscape of Hilton Foods APAC and maintaining a positive, fair and respectful relationship between the organisation and team members.
The role provides strategic advice, guidance and operational expertise on a wide range of topics focusing on employee relations / workplace relations and acts as a true business partner to the Operational P&C teams.
This role is the subject matter expert on Industrial Relations within the organisation across Australia and New Zealand.
As Employee Relations SME, you will collaborate with and support colleagues across the P&C team, sharing your knowledge to develop others and ensuring effective management of workplace relations matters and work on new & exciting projects.
Responsibilities:Provide expert ER advice for business initiatives, projects, and case management.Support complex investigations and senior performance management.Coach the P&C team to strengthen ER/WR expertise.Assist payroll with EA interpretation for rule configurations.Enterprise Agreement & Regulatory Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise agreements, from strategy to implementation.Represent Hilton Foods in Fair Work Commission or Employee Relations Authority matters.Prepare required reports, briefs, and submissions for compliance.Internal Framework Development & Compliance:Manage compliance, regulatory matters, and legal updates impacting the industrial environment.Align frameworks with company policies and legislative requirements through stakeholder collaboration.Proactive Project Involvement:Drive P&C and Employee Experience projects to enhance workplace culture.
