Employee Relations Advisor (Payroll)

The Opportunity
Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor (Payroll) to join the People and Culture team, reporting to the Employee Relations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the team in a period of growth, providing specialised ER support on a fixed-term project basis, supporting key system-wide payroll initiatives.
This full-time role is a 2-year fixed-term project-based position, with part-time hours negotiable.

You will have:

Strong experience interpreting and applying industrial instruments in a complex environment.
Experience working in the education sector is preferable, but not essential.
Demonstrated project management skills with strong influencing skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
