The Opportunity
Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is seeking an experienced professional to join the team as an Employee Relations Advisor (Investigations)/Investigator. Reporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to commence in a newly created position and be instrumental in building and developing internal policies, processes and procedures in respect of ER and investigations. This role will be responsible for conducting internal investigations, and developing the CESL investigative framework, process and toolkits.

You will have:

Experience working in a similar role, ideally with trauma-informed investigative experience.
Experience in an education or similar environment would be highly regarded.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
