Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Employee Journey ExpertDepartment: WS&T Performance & Enablement Division: Talent & Culture Location: MelbourneAbout UsAt ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.About the RoleOpportunity to develop end-to-end employee journeys within the scope and mission of Workforce Strategy and Transformation.Optimise and improve employee experience by devising and delivering innovative solutions, services, products or propositions.Take a human centred approach, engaging a broad range of employee groups and stakeholders ensuring their needs are represented in the design of solutions.Apply sound judgement and previous experience to managing risks and issues across a global portfolio and resolving them.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/weekWhat will your day look like?As an Employee Journey Expert, you will be accountable for:Engaging with broad employee and stakeholder groups and leveraging available data to develop insights into employee needs and behaviours, ensuring they are represented in the design of solutions.Using sound judgement on highly confidential and complex issues, gathering input from relevant stakeholders and resolving to ensure the best employee experience.Understanding business and people processes to continuously improve, simplify and deliver a better experience across the employee journey.Working with your stakeholders to prioritise and plan the work, continuously reviewing and refining the backlog to maximise the value being delivered each sprint, balancing the employee experience, quality and risk.Support your Product Owner and Team Leads to communicate emerging work, ideas and initiatives not aligned with your team's mission but worthy of prioritisation.Develop and/or optimise solutions to drive simple employee experiences, aligning with other teams and functions on the end-to-end employee journey.Design, develop, implement and embed solutions that drive behaviours, mindsets and learning aligned to ANZ's aspirational culture and capability mix. Optimise these based on continuous feedback.Follow through to ensure employee experience changes are embedded, reviewed and continuously iterated and improved – the work does not stop at implementation.Determine how best to deliver and embed change into the bank and to employees, integrating stakeholder needs and continuously seeking feedback on effectiveness.Assist with operational risk assessments, risk control design and key control testing for existing and new processes and services.You will also:Operate and make decisions within established organisational boundaries.Work autonomously to manage operational issues and resolve.Manage relationships within the team and engage with relevant stakeholders.Make sound judgement by listening to our global stakeholders and their challenges to ensure their needs are met.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Extensive track record in Organisation Development.Change Management and Communications.Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills.User experience and solution design.Process optimisation and continuous improvement.Planning and prioritisation.Coaching and mentoring of stakeholders.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
