Purpose of the role As an Employee Experience Specialist at A&G, you'll improve key moments in the employee lifecycle to enhance engagement and performance.
You'll play a central role in delivering our EVP promise, 'We're better together – A&G and ME,' and support our Inclusion and Belonging Roadmap and diversity initiatives.
Strong skills in organisational development, communication, and employee design principles are essential.
The role Develop and deliver key employee lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding and retirement programs.
Implement and evaluate diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies with actionable recommendations and metrics.
Lead projects to enhance diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Create people analytics and dashboards to drive strategy and improve the employee experience.
Support the continuous listening framework by reporting and providing insights on engagement metrics.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to align A&G's employee experience with business goals.
Enhance workforce capability and planning by integrating the employee experience across touchpoints.
What experience you'll bring Relevant qualifications in organisational development, HR, business management, or similar.
Experience in employee experience practices such as engagement, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
Proven ability to lead initiatives, including project and change management.
Experience applying design principles in large organisations.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
Strategic thinking, data analysis, and solution development abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and engagement survey tools.
