Within our People team, we are currently seeking our next Employee Experience Coordinator at Tennis HQ on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the role Reporting to the Leadership & Capability Advisor, this role will be responsible for: Acting as first point of contact for all enquires related to Leadership Development & Employee Experience (LD&EX)Maintaining, and assisting with content development, for hubs/pages, ensuring currency, accessibility and a great user experienceWorking with our Participation DEI team to deliver internal DEI awareness and activities and learning programsOrganising organisation social calendar events with the Tennis Together program for TA and liaise with Member Associations re budget for TT activitiesLiaising with learning compliance content owners to ensure strong compliance performanceWorking with relevant stakeholders to develop and enhance the employee experience journeySupporting Australian Open Workforce Program Lead with AO and Summer of Tennis review, planning and deliveryAbout you To be successful in this role you will:
Demonstrate self-motivation with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong interpersonal skills and an approachable manner with the ability to build collaborative relationships with all team members and stakeholdersAbility to communicate effectively by e-mail, in writing, face to face and on the phoneHigh level of attention to detail and outstanding organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to plan work programs, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesThe ability to make decisions when required and ensure tasks are followed through to completionSound IT competency – experience with Microsoft OfficeA confident, can-do attitude and a customer-service orientation to resolve/respond to enquiriesDisplay creative skills and innovative thinkingPrevious experience in coordinating training, events, and information sessions (desired)Experience using a HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Workday is advantageousHold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckPreparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis AustraliaWhat's to love?
