Additionally, you'll provide some support to the CEO and the Executive team where you'll coordinate high-priority administrative tasks like managing the CEO's diary, organising essential meetings, and streamlining internal communications, keeping the leadership team focused and moving forward.
Your flexibility and confidentiality will be key as you'll sometimes need to be onsite outside of our regular in-office days.
In this role, you'll drive an engaged employee experience, so you must be passionate about culture!
From organising events to leading onboarding sessions, you'll cultivate a connected and positive workplace culture that makes every employee feel valued from day one.
We'll be keen to see how you've nurtured culture in past roles, as building and maintaining strong relationships across the business is vital to success here.
Managing our hybrid office space will also fall within your scope.

This is the role where you can truly shine, grow, and make an impact, all while working alongside some incredible people across the business.
A Typical Week in This Role No day will be the same!
You'll split your time between supporting the CEO and Executive team, coordinating HR activities, and managing office logistics.
Each week will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact.
One moment, you might be supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with interview scheduling or drafting contracts for new hires; the next, you're coordinating the annual 360 feedback process or assisting the People & Culture Manager with engagement surveys.
