Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.About Your RolePartner with stakeholders and employees including frontline leaders across the organisation to deliver our employee engagement initiatives.
This role is key to supporting Scope's culture transformation by enhancing the employee experience with an initial focus on reward and recognition.
Your Key FocusDelivering and embedding Scope's Reward & Recognition Plan across the organisation which involves delivering new initiatives, and embedding and expanding current programs with the aim to strengthen Scope's culture such as Belong & Thrive Awards (Scope's employee recognition program), and Scope Perks employee engagement platform.Additionally; Leading end to end program initiatives, including planning, communication, and managing stakeholder engagement, to support organisational transitions and ensure smooth integration of new processes.Continuing to identify, build and deliver on strategies to enhance the employee experience across the workforce, staying adaptable to any shifts or changes that may occur to support Scope's transformation.Identifying continuous improvement and efficiencies of the programs.
What We Look For Experience within a similar role or function/ team delivering employee engagement initiatives across a diverse workforce.Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership will all level managers and staff.Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to critically analyse issues and develop and implement effective solutions.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships through the application of discretion and personal integrity.
