The Role
You will collaborate with Principals and colleagues to provide legal services focusing on wills and estates, encompassing:
Drafting wills and powers of attorneys.
Offering guidance on intricate estate planning like family trusts, SMSFs, business succession plans, and wealth protection strategies.
Overseeing deceased estate administration, acquiring grants of probate and letters of administration.
Advocating for executors, trustees, and beneficiaries during the estate administration and associated conflicts.
Delivering personalized estate planning advice to meet clients' specific requirements.
About You
You will bring your wills and estates expertise to this role which will include:
Handling matters autonomously across wills, deceased estate administration, and disputes.
Solid understanding of superannuation intricacies.
Proficiency in navigating tax implications within estate planning.
Proficiency in drafting with meticulous attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
