The firm has a blue chip client base and this team acts for government clients, property developers, construction companies and other major corporations.
This role will see you assisting clients with all of the planning process in New South Wales.
A flavour of the work will include: advising clients on planning issues planning approvals land & environment court proceedings planning appeals enforcements & judicial reviews prosecutions providing advice in relation to developments, contaminated land and heritage sites advising on planning issues relating to major property developments providing advice in relation contaminated land and heritage sites advising on climate change advising on climate change issues advising on power, resources and infrastructure projects The quality of work in this team is second to none.
It's a busy team with no shortage of work.
About You The ideal candidate will: be an Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel.
Candidates working in-house or in govt (local or state) are encouraged to apply.
have excellent technical skills be able to hit the ground running and be autonomous (but also be a team player) be able to work under pressure have energy and drive enjoy client development and marketing activities e.g.
client workshops enjoy mentoring & supervising more junior members of the team This role is open to interstate candidates.
