Our client is currently seeking an associate to join their Litigation and Insolvency practice in Brisbane. Working in this firm, the role will deal with a strong and established client base, working on a wide range of complex dispute matters.
There will be particular emphasis on:
Corporations' law
Complex insolvency
Banking & finance disputes
About You:
To be successful in this Disputes & Insolvency role you will have:
3 - 4 years PAE
Experience in a litigation team working on a variety of complex matters, with a particular interest in insolvency and finance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Committed and intelligent approach to work
