The Role
If you have experience managing litigated insurance and self-insurance cases, this opportunity is for you. You'll have the chance to receive real mentorship from experienced partners in a collaborative and supportive environment. The role involves handling a diverse range of litigated insurance cases, self-insured matters, risk management advice, defence public liability, professional indemnity and third-party property damage claims including statutory claims brought by workers and the VWA.
About You
Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 4+ years of post-admission experience in general insurance casualty and professional indemnity claims, including defence work with a strong understanding of statutory legislation and case law. To be considered for this role, you should have experience handling litigated insurance and self-insurance matters, with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical abilities.
