The Role Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer (around 3 years plus pae) with specialist employment law expertise to advise employer clients on matters including employment, industrial relations, discrimination and equal opportunity, work health and safety, crisis management, incident response, board and executive matters, and workplace training.
You will have responsibility for running matters and supervising and developing team members, as well as an important role in developing further business opportunities with existing and new clients.
This role offers exposure to a prestigious client base in Australia and globally, providing an opportunity to work on some of the largest, most strategic, and most complex matters, and to collaborate on cross-border matters with the firm's global network.
In this role, you will receive quality mentoring to assist your career development and work closely with leading partners and lawyers across local and national teams.
About You The ideal candidate for this role will have: 3+ years' PAE and experience in a well-regarded firm, government, or in-house environment.
