Business Support / Data Entry Officer A03Queensland Government46.27 + super per hour6th of January, 2025 start3 months with possible extensionCannon Hill - close to public transportNo work from homeThe Role The Business Support / Data Entry Officer will provide high volume data entry and administration support in the Assisted Self Service team.
You will be responsible for:
Fielding payroll enquiriesHigh volume data entry of staff time sheets, labour costing, leave, staff movements and extensions of field and office staffSpeaking with senior management and supervisors regarding payroll and staff movementsChecking and validating information prior to processingLiaising with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email for any general enquiries and being able to resolve or escalate queriesUndertaking general administration tasks as requiredThe Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a strong, proven data entry or administration background.
You will have the following key competencies:
