Highly recognised legal firm specialising in commercial litigation, insolvency and commercial law who works with their clients as a strategic legal partner to find an effective and efficient way forward.
Looking for an Associate level Lawyer OR Senior Associate (2-5yrs PAE) with commercial and/or property law experience wanting to build their reputation in the Commercial space. Working with a blue-chip client base, the team works with a broad range of matters including insolvency, business sales, structures and reorganisations, share sales, mergers and acquisitions, company and shareholder arrangements, large commercial property transactions, asset protection, and leasing, providing comprehensive advice to its clients.
You will run your files autonomously and work alongside the Senior Lawyers for guidance and mentoring on the more complex matters.
