The team undertakes commercial and corporate work for high-net-worth individuals; private, national and international companies; partnerships; joint ventures; consortiums; training organisations; and charities.
The work will be varied and challenging, and ranges from structuring to preparing the suite of documents needed to operate a business, preparing shareholder agreements, assisting with business sales and acquisitions, preparing and implementing capital raise documents for start-ups to undertaking a corporate governance review of a public company.

To be successful you will have:
Degree qualification in Law
Admitted as a Solicitor in Australia
At least 1-4 years' experience in the commercial area
Excellent drafting skills
High attention to detail
