Troubleshoot and ensure operational efficiency.
Technology Development: Lead the development and implementation of tech solutions.
Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Customize software to meet client needs.
Research and Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies.
Assess new tech for organizational benefits and cost-efficiency.
Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, customer support, and product development teams.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and on-site teams.
Facilitate knowledge exchange on new technologies.
