This is an ideal position for those local to the Hunter Valley or who are potentially looking to relocate.Key ResponsibilitiesFirefighting and rescue duties and coordination of site emergenciesEmergency First Aid, fire prevention and other incident response servicesDelivery of and participation in briefingsConduct audits of First Aid stations and site vehicles/equipmentBuilding of First Aid kits and maintenance of Automated External Defibrillators (AED), gas monitors, emergency equipment, site response vehicles, health centre stock, alcohol and drug testing equipment and helipadsConduct Achieve Health Assessments and Alcohol and Drug testing of site employeesTraining and management of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)Provision of security servicesProvision of Nationally Accredited Training for clients and/or any subsidiary companiesQualificationsAs a minimum you must currently hold the following Nationally Accredited QualificationsCertificate IV in Health Care (or equivalent)Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue or Certificate III in Public Safety (or equivalent)PUAFIR207 Operate Breathing apparatus open circuitPUASAR024 Undertake road crash rescuePUASAR025 Undertake confined space rescuePUASAR032 Undertake vertical rescueAustralian Drug and Alcohol testing certificateCurrent MR or HR driver's licenseIt is desired that applicants will also hold the below qualifications but is not essential:Certificate II Security Operations (NSW)NSW Class 1AC Security LicenceCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentBenefits and PerksEqual time lifestyle roster that allows for equal time at and off work.This great opportunity is based in the NSW Hunter Valley.
