You'll be at the forefront of managing emergency presentations, ensuring efficient care processes, and collaborating closely with the Life Flight team and other medical specialists.
Your role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team, facilitating clinical governance activities like peer reviews, and continuously improving care delivery.
You'll also take time to mentor and teach medical students, junior staff, and registrars, providing education and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

(L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, emergency department specialty allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements.
