Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse range of cases, including 25% pediatrics and a significant trauma caseload.Provide expert clinical services within the Clinical Services Capability Framework and clinical privileges granted.Assist satellite hospitals and rural sites through Telehealth and in-person support.Contribute to innovative pre-hospital care models, including HITH and GEDI programs.Engage in the development of a new Emergency Department.Enjoy flexible and equitable rostering that balances service needs with academic priorities.Potential involvement in the Regional Aeromedical Retrieval Service.Participate in a successful postgraduate education and training program, including ACEM fellowship and diploma training.Provide clinical supervision and training for junior medical staff, medical students, and other health professionals.
