About the Role: Specialist Care: Provide high-quality emergency medical care across a range of cases, including trauma and interhospital transfers. Clinical Leadership: Ensure optimal patient outcomes through leadership and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including rural generalists. Supervision & Teaching: Oversee Registrars and Junior Medical Officers (JMOs), and participate in teaching medical students and JMO's. Patient Flow: Manage and improve patient flow in the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient and effective care. Remuneration: Salary Range: Based on classifications under the WA Health System – Medical Practitioners – AMA Industrial Agreement 2022.
