To provide communication support to all levels of medical and nursing staff within the Emergency Department.
To be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the clerical activities within the Emergency Department.
To have knowledge and understanding of the Hospitals policy and processes that relate to the classification and admission of chargeable and non-chargeable patients.

Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in using Hospital systems such as iPM, eMR and Revenue Portal.
Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable previous experience in a Hospital Emergency Department setting.
