About the Role
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Operations Support Administrator, primarily based at our Gracemere Depot, that will provide operational and administration support to our Gracemere/Mackay/Townsville teams.
The purpose of this role is to provide miscellaneous support to the operational staff based in North QLD and provide annual leave coverage for the scheduling team when needed.
The successful applicant will be required to travel to Mackay and Townsville during leave coverage and as reasonably requested to meet the requirements of the role.

Manage invoicing and reconciliation tasks Support Compliance Team with various administrative duties Support Logistics Coordinator Team with various administrative duties Provide administrative assistance to Management Offer analytical support as needed Roster
Primarily working a Monday to Friday roster Weekend work may be necessary during staff holiday periods This position requires work-related travel to our Townsville and Mackay depot as reasonably directed Benefits

Previous administration experience within the Transport and Logistics Industry would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and complete tasks at hand within established deadlines whilst maintaining a consistent level of quality.
Well-developed written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail.
Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment or independently.
