Emerald Carrying Company (ECC) is a family-owned business and a leading provider of logistics services.
In conjunction with Monaro Fuel Haulage (Monaro), a related family business, the ECC & Monaro Group provides services across Australia, specialising in bulk liquids, general freight & dangerous goods.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
This permanent role will report to our Depot Manager and be responsible for the following:
Day to day logistics coordination of numerous customer contracts, including managing delivery and collection activities to contract KPIs Implement measures and procedures to drive service performance and continuous improvement of the freight network Communication and escalation of all freight-related issues from point of origin Roster

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator within the Transport & Logistics Industry is preferred High computer literacy, with the demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to different systems and software (particularly MS Office Suite & Office Companion) Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to change Must be able to troubleshoot and have the ability to problem solve Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small driven team Good time management and organisational skills Emerald Carrying Company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
