Embodied Corporate Solutions | Accounts Payable Officer

An exciting opportunity to join an iconic WA Brand that is the largest employer of performing artists in Western Australia and reaches two million people with musical experiences each year on stage, in the community, and online.
Seeking the expertise of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to assist them during this busy period, the role is to start immediately and you will be required to work throughout the Christmas period (minus public holidays) and into the new year.
This is a 4 day a week role and your previous experience and attention to detail will ensure your success.
Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include: Entering invoices into Epicor accounting system.
Code invoices to cost centres.
Check the accuracy of invoices with relevant managers.
Seek approval for payments and prepare payment runs.
Liaise with suppliers regarding payments and discrepancies.
Reconciliations of supplier's accounts.
Month end duties including journals and aged payable reports.
