About The Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Embedded Workplace Support Manager to lead the onsite delivery of critical projects and services. This role is responsible for overseeing project implementation, managing a team, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery, and driving profitability. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring adherence to project objectives and contractual obligations.
As the Embedded Workplace Support Manager, you will directly manage a team of five employees (plus independent contractors) and oversee the implementation of dedicated project plans, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are met.
The Day-to-day: Project Management: Lead and execute onsite projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments.Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of clinical professionals, providing supervision, performance management, and professional development.Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, cost containment, and ensure fiscal responsibility for all project activities.Clinical Oversight: Ensure clinical appropriateness and quality of service, manage escalations and complaints, and drive improvements in clinical service delivery.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular project reports, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLA's, regulatory obligations, and company policies.Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute departmental strategies and process improvements.About You:
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in a clinical managerial role, ideally with at least 5 years of post-clinical experience. You possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, paired with your deep understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, make you an ideal fit for this role.
