Email Marketing Specialist, B2C Apac

Open to locations: Brisbane AU, Auckland NZ, Singapore and KL, Malaysia
What you do: The purpose of this role is to drive retention and growth through email marketing channels for direct to customer (B2C) Insurance products within the APAC region.
The role is responsible for Email Marketing strategy, creation and execution across multiple B2C Travel and Health products to promote retention and engagement.
Key responsibilities include: Develop the email marketing plans to achieve overall B2C revenue goals and program objectivesManage the execution of the acquisition and retention email marketing strategies, which includes:Setting campaign goals and objectivesWork with local country marketing leads to write creative briefs to guide the development of new email content, including templates, imagery and messaging; and ensuring that the final email asset meets campaign objectives and incorporates industry best practicesWork with local marketing leads to submit email content to Compliance to ensure it complies with regulatory standardsTesting (A/B & MVT) email creative content and list segmentation to determine most effective executionMonitoring, tracking and reporting email performance metrics (i.e.
open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates) to key stakeholdersAnalyzing performance data and making recommendations for improved performanceWork with local country marketing team on the development of email marketing campaign and program calendars.Utilization of different email marketing platforms and across different products and brandsSetup of new email marketing databases and platformDevelop customer segmentation for personalization and remarketing strategyDevelop testing roadmap for improved email optimizationAs the successful candidate for this position you will be able to show: Experience in Direct / Email Marketing experience, ideally in a regulated industry, financial or insurance industry is preferredAcoustic and Adobe Campaign email marketing platforms preferred.Setting up new database instances or email marketing platform is preferredCampaign management including segmentation, email creative asset development, testing, statistical significance testing, reporting and analysis.Experience with email marketing platforms essential.Setting up new email marketing databases including working with IT teams on data extraction processesPrevious marketing automation experience required.Experience working with various internal stakeholders, including local country market leads, marketing leadership, sales, IT, implementation, finance, operations, product and creative services teamsUnderstanding of web analytics and of HTML language for email.Strong analytical and communication skills What we offer: Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
