Email Marketing Lead

to spearhead our email marketing strategies.As the

Email Marketing Lead,

you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth.Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering valuable updates to our customers, and ensuring strong customer relationships.Responsibilities would include:Identify target audience and grow our email listDesign and implement direct email marketing campaignsProofread emails for clarity, grammar and spellingEnsure mobile-friendly email templatesWrite newsletters including all company updatesUpgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced featuresEnsure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribesCreate email databases for lead generationAnalyze campaign performance and suggest improvementsReport on sales revenue generated from email marketing effortsEnsure emails follow industry policies and best practicesMinimum Requirements:3-5 years experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing SpecialistHands-on experience with HTML and content management systemsProficiency in marketing automation technologyKnowledge of SEO/SEM and Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with analytical and database toolsExcellent written communication and copywriting skillsStrong project management skillsAn ability to work under tight deadlinesBSc degree in Marketing or relevant fieldThe Perks:Work flexibility & hybrid workingPaid parental leaveBirthday and volunteer leaveOngoing career development and training programsSalary packaging benefitsPet-friendly and vibrant office atmosphereBarista-style coffee and engaging social eventsRecognition through service awardsOur Commitment to YouWe believe that happy employees create a thriving culture.
