The Opportunity:
Join our Marketing team as the Email Marketing Specialist, where you will be instrumental in growing and optimising e&s' email marketing efforts. You will play a vital role in engaging with our loyal customer base and driving sales through customised and targeted email campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across teams and innovate in direct marketing strategies, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive email content calendar, aligned with business goals and product launches.Build strong customer connections through engaging email marketing content, ensuring our brand and values shine through every interaction.Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and E-Commerce teams to ensure email strategies align with broader business objectives.Manage and segment customer data to ensure accurate targeting.Identify opportunities for increasing online and in-store engagement and sales through email initiatives.Regularly monitor, report, and optimise email campaign performance.Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing and performance analysis.Stay current on email marketing best practices and deliverability to maintain a high sender reputation. Skills & Knowledge: Experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Dot Digital, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and building triggered email campaigns.Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including deliverability, segmentation, personalisation and automation best practices.Proficiency in analysing email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimising campaigns based on data insights.Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail in crafting engaging and relevant email copy.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritising deadlines and stakeholder requests.Familiarity with basic design principles to create visually appealing email content (preferred but not essential). Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, developing campaign strategies and managing content calendars.Proven experience in customer segmentation and personalisation to drive engagement.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Adaptable with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.Bonus: Experience with automation tools and knowledge of the appliance retail industry.
