Position Overview: As our business is fast growing, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager in NSW to bring their expertise to our already established team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can build lasting client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Your role will cover: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets within the territory. Develop and strengthen relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Represent Elme Living at industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand. Qualifications: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven field sales track record achieving targets, especially in home decor wholesale . Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel . What We Offer: Competitive salary with a commission structure.
