The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Highly developed research and analytical skills including:Sound judgementAbility to interpret and analyze clinical and/or health economic evidence and literatureAbility to synthesize research outcomes to provide clear and sound adviceExperience in the disciplines of health technology assessment or health economicsHighly developed planning and organizational skills with the ability to build these in a team to effectively meet deadlines with competing priorities, deliver work to a high standard, and maintain high attention to detailAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues in a team environmentStrong leadership skills in the management of policies, programs, projects, or teamsHighly developed written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCapacity to acquire knowledge quickly, including knowledge of health technology assessment and Australian Government health programs and prioritiesYou should also highlight any strengths you may have in the following areas:Health technology assessment and/or monitoring and evaluation skillsStatistical and economic modellingResearch and analysis skills related to health or economics
