-Follow up on appropriate opportunities to reduce financial costs.
-Pay attention to managing financial accounting systems.
-Prepare long-term strategic process plans.
-Report on the influences affecting the nature of work performance.
-Pay attention to studying market trends and analyzing competing establishments.
-Ensure the development and improvement of mechanisms applied in financial management; which contributes to reducing risks.
-Communicate with all auditors; with the aim of monitoring the annual financial position of the institution.
-Develop and improve external relations by activating the role of communications, with bankers and financial auditors.
-Manage the financial budget and provide periodic financial reports.
-Search for new sources of financial funding in order to facilitate the repayment of debts owed by the company.
Job Requirements Proven experience as a Financial Manager Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns Proficient user of finance software Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
