A happy and loving family in Elizabeth Bay are seeking a calm, nurturing and responsible nanny to assist with the care of their newborn baby boy (2 months old).
An ideal nanny would be experienced, warm, calm and nurturing. A nanny that is friendly, happy, playful, and interested to actively engage with the baby to enrich and support growth and development.
The family is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys their role as a nanny, is patient, honest, safe and responsible and is able to care for the baby and household throughout the day.
Prior experience/professional qualifications working with young/newborn babies is highly important for this role.
The nanny must be comfortable with the parents being at home.
ResponsibilitiesTo care for the babyFollow the baby's routinePlay and engage in age-appropriate activities to assist in developmentTake the baby out for walks and to the park/playgroundLight household duties i.e. keeping the kitchen clean and tidy after use. Any extra assistance you can provide the family in this area will be greatly appreciatedWash and sterilise bottlesFamily laundryGrocery shopping (occasional)Prepare and cook a family meal on Mondays and ThursdaysFeed the dogStart Date: May 2024 Contract Length: 12 + months permanent/long term The days and normal hours are:- 4 days – 22 hours per week Monday 8am – 6pm
Tuesday 12pm -6pm
Thursday 12pm – 6pm
