ELICOS General English TeacherMagill College Sydney, an accredited vocational college located in the heart of Sydney, is dedicated to delivering high-quality English courses to overseas students.
We are currently seeking fully qualified ELICOS teachers to join our dynamic academic team.
The available roles are for face-to-face classes a minimum 20-hour week for morning shift from Monday to Wednesday, 9 AM – 3:45 PM.
Please note this is a face-to-face teaching role.We are a friendly and vibrant college with a great nationality mix, just a 2-minute walk from Central station.About the Role:As an ELICOS/ESL Teacher at Magill College Sydney, your responsibilities will include:Teaching students in classroom settingsDesigning dynamic and interactive lesson plansMonitoring, evaluating, and reporting on student progress in key learning areasImplementing strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomesParticipating in Department meetings, staff meetings, camps, and excursions as requiredRequired Qualifications and Experience:A Bachelor's degreeAn approved TESOL qualification (CELTA, Graduate Diploma, Master in Education, or Certificate IV in TESOL)Demonstrated experience in teaching General EnglishExcellent written, verbal communication, and computer skillsWillingness to learn new skills through professional developmentAbility to work collaboratively with othersPlease note only applicants who are eligible to work in Australia will be considered.
