The Company Electroplating Supervisor required to join our client, who started out developing covert surveillance solutions for the law enforcement and defence communities around the globe.
They now provide CNC machining and surface treatment services to the Defence, Aviation, Electronics, Mining, RF, Law Enforcement and Medical sectors.

The Position Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To Oversee the processes used to electroplate specialised aerospace & defence components.
Chemical, physical, and metallurgic tests including solution preparation & analysis, and hardness testing.
Perform maintenance of tanks, anodes & solutions and calibration of tools and measuring devices.
Recognise & rectify process deviations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Strictly following all required OH&S, quality and security procedures.
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: Qualifications relevant to electroplating or surface finishing.
Proven experience coordinating the processes of an electroplating team.
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
A team player with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude is essential.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail.
Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required.
On Offer Day shift hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6.00am - 12.00pm.
$48 p/h (negotiable) + overtime + bonus + super.
