Electronics Technician/Technical Support

Electronics Technician/Technical Support Enviroswim is a Fresh Water Swimming Pool Sanitiser business with over 20 years experience in the industry. Enviroswim is an Australian made and owned company selling products throughout Australia and Worldwide.
CORE JOB DUTIES Install electronic equipment. Maintain, test, diagnose faults and repair electronic equipment. Interact with and assist a wide range of customers (trade and retail). Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Assist with handling sales and warehouse duties. Respond to technical enquiries on the phone, online and in person, both domestically and internationally. Assist in upgrading and maintaining electronic and technical material. Establish and maintain occupational health and safety practices. Establish and maintain work processes and controls. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Must have a manual driver's licence. Electronic and technical background advantageous. Practical technical knowledge/technical thought process. Must be self-motivated with attention to detail, and able to work without supervision. Confident with well-developed communication and coordination skills enabling clear and accurate delivery of information to customers and fellow team members. Proficient computer skills. Ability to perform under pressure within a team environment. Must be capable of solving unique, day-to-day issues independently, making clear and communicated decisions. Keen to learn and work in a small team environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
