Crowned Eagle Group, a reputable business specializing in refurbishing and reconditioning electronic devices, is seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Technician to join our team. With over 5 years of serving customers in the West suburbs, we take pride in providing excellent service and maintaining a loyal customer base. As an Electronics Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs on a range of electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
Conduct diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and provide efficient and effective repairs.
Replace screens, batteries, back glass, and other components following industry standards and guidelines.
Ensure repairs are performed to the highest standard, meeting quality and safety requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate repair estimates, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
Maintain basic administrative tasks related to repairs, including documentation and inventory management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as an Electronics Repair Technician, specializing in mobile phones and tablets.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of various electronic devices and their components.
Ability to handle multiple repair tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in electronics repair.
Working Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
