Electronics Repair Technician

Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for an Electronics Repair Technician working Monday to Friday to join a well-established electronics company based in Stoke On Trent. Free parking and an early finish on a Friday are just some of the perks of this family-run business!This Electronics Repair Technician role is permanent with a salary of approx £30,000 per annum depending on experience.Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-2pmAs an Electronics Repair Technician, you will be working in a small team of 5 reporting to the General Manager with responsibility for the following:Evaluating items for repair and diagnosing faults.Repairing and testing the electrical devices which could include Rectifiers, Power Supplies, Inverters, and Drives.Assisting with PDU Builds, Battery Testing, and Site Installations.Ordering of new supplies, as per repair requests.Creating documentation to support products.Willingness to attend training courses where appropriate.We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:Previous experience working as an Electronics Repair Technician, Solderer, PCB Assembler, or similar.Electrical fault-finding diagnosis and testing.Soldering skills.Any experience with crimping would be advantageous.Good IT skills to record information.Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers regarding their products.Benefits Include:25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Pension.Free parking.Early finish on Friday.Career Progression.Training & Development.Please apply today or call us.
