Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Electronics/Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing electronic and electrical systems that support our sustainable energy solutions. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing our products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electronic and electrical systems for solar photovoltaic installations, LED lighting, and smart home solutions. Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and testing to ensure system performance and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CTO, installers, and clients to deliver tailored solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic and electrical systems. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends to continuously improve our offerings. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, design reports, and user manuals. Skills and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role. Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Simulink). Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic systems, LED lighting, and smart home technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Desirable Skills: Experience with energy management systems and grid integration.
