The Position The purpose of this role is to manage and direct all personnel within the warehouse from Incoming, Inventory and Kitting teams, while ensuring a high level of customer service and support to CEA Departments.
This role is responsible for:
Assembling a range of electronic products in accordance with assembly packs and drawings.Assembling basic mechanical components for the system integration teams and helping resolve problems with mechanical fit of parts and taking necessary corrective action, seeking appropriate support as required.Assembling prototype products under minimal supervision and marking drawings/cable sheets to reflect changes.Assembling a range of cables in accordance with cable assembly instructions.Carrying out basic-intermediate soldering tasks to the IPC610 requirements.Conducting product tests as specified including operating test equipment.Collecting and recording test results accurately and providing quality statistics as required.Participating in team activities, skills training and resource discussions.Other engineering and production tasks as directed and within individual abilities.Sound hand-eye coordination and dexterity, including ability to manipulate tools under microscope.Sound mechanical experience.Knowledge of safe operation of hand tools.Demonstrated skills/ability to develop skills in hand soldering.Demonstrated sound mechanical assembly skills with ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics.Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.Proven strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on tasks.To be eligible for this position, you must be:
