For Electronic Warfare Specialists and Radar Engineers to support critical R&D in defence technology for a cutting-edge facility.
A Contract Full Time during standard business hours within a high-impact research environment.Requires: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Salary guide: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour.Your normal day will involve:Conducting field trials, tests, and evaluations of electronic warfare and radar systems in tropical climates.Analyzing EW and radar data to assess system performance, durability, and reliability.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine EW technologies for defence applications.Assisting in designing and implementing experimental protocols in alignment with strategic goals.Documenting findings, producing reports, and presenting results to senior researchers.Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards.Identifying and mitigating issues affecting system performance during trials.Contributing to developing innovative solutions enhancing radar technologies.Role Overview: As an Electronic Warfare and Radar Specialist at a key facility, you will be at the forefront of defending Australia's capabilities by conducting essential R&D activities.
