Electronic Security Technicians (Multiple Opportunities) QLD, SA and NTOur clients are a leading provider of integrated security solutions, serving customers across Australia. With a focus on innovation and customer service, they are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of electronic security to keep Australia safe and secure.They are currently seeking multiple Security Technicians and Installation Technicians for various locations across Australia including Cairns, Townsville, Adelaide, and Darwin.As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems across commercial properties in Queensland, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.What you'll be doingInstall, test, and maintain a variety of electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.Respond to callouts for system faults and breakdowns, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable solutions.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with relevant Australian Standards and industry regulations.Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the team.What we're looking forRelevant technical qualifications in electronic security, such as a Certificate III in Security Operations.Proven experience as an electronic security technician, with a strong understanding of security systems and their installation.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites.Demonstrated commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality workmanship.Given that some of the work is carried out at Defence sites, candidates with an NV1 clearance (or the ability to obtain one) would be highly advantageous.If you are interested in being considered for these roles, please Apply Now with a copy of your updated resume for immediate consideration.
