Full-time Electronic Equipment Worker position available with competitive salary.

  On behalf of TES Mechanical Electrical, a leading provider of superior mechanical and electrical solutions to commercial, residential, and clinical clients throughout Australia, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronic Equipment Worker for our Kirrawee, NSW 2232 location.

  Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).
  Position Responsibilities and Tasks Diagnose and repair faults in electronic components of a variety of equipment, such as switchboards, wiring, and control systems, using diagnostic tools and technical manuals to ensure efficient troubleshooting and restore functionality.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of systems to guarantee optimal performance and adherence to safety standards, including checking and adjusting settings and replacing worn parts.
Inspect, test, and repair a wide range of electronic equipment, making sure they are configured and operational according to manufacturer specifications.
Install new components to improve performance or adapt to new requirements, ensuring their compatibility and functionality.
Conduct quality assurance tests on repaired and maintained equipment to verify they meet the highest standards of performance and safety before returning them to clients, including running equipment through various operational tests and confirming all functions.
Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs performed on equipment, documenting issues encountered, solutions implemented, and parts used for future reference and warranty purposes.
Provide technical support and service to our clients, including on-site visits to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and offer training on the proper use and maintenance of electronic equipment.
Qualifications and Skills: Certificate IV in a closely related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience Good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $74,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
