Role Reporting to an Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, technicians, and a data analyst. Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage electrical & electronic product design to company's quality standards.Oversee the design & development of automated test systems, including documentation and calibration for the production environment.Ensure detailed specifications for the PCBA's & Automated Test Systems.Support production in the efficient assembly of product and alignment of subcontractors to ensure the supply of quality parts.Manage and develop the engineering team.Collaborate and contribute to the senior engineering management team.Skills & experience Experience ideally leading a team in electrical/electronic design, power electronics, and automated test systems is sought. An appropriate qualification and experience in Altium or equivalent is important. Working with manufacturing producing export quality products is advantageous.
