Electricians - Service & Maintenance

Trade qualified Electricians ('A' Grade / Unrestricted licence) with 5+ years maintenance or service experience supporting a mix of commercial buildings and light industrial sites across Perth Metro – Joondalup to Bibra Lake.

Base Criteria Trade qualified Electrician ('A' Grade licence) along with 5+ years post-apprenticeship maintenance, service and minor installation experience working on Industrial, High-Rise Buildings and Commercial premises. You will be personable and have strong client-engagement skills.

Outline Duties Providing hands-on electrical maintenance, fault-finding, minor repairs and installations to lighting, electrical equipment, DBs, as well as power supply / distribution across the premises.Supporting the maintenance, service and minor installation of Data / Comms cabling and racks.Ensure the timely delivery of the full spectrum of Electrical Maintenance and Repair services (including planned preventative & reactive maintenance) within Commercial Offices, Light Industrial, and High-Rise buildings. Skills and Attributes 'A' Grade Electrical Licence + Cert 35+ years post-apprenticeship Electrical Maintenance or Service experience within industrial, government or commercial premises.Open Cabling Licence (an advantage)Engaging personality and strong presentation skillsFull Permanent Australian Work Rights and able to secure a National Police Check.
