About the role
We're on the hunt for skilled Electricians and Instrumentation Technicians to join our dynamic team at Liberty Bell Bay. If you have a knack for electrical work and love tackling challenges, this is the job for you! Enjoy a great work-life balance with our 4-day, 10-hour day shift roster – Tuesday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities: Strong commitment to WHS procedures Perform work task risk assessments Execute planned and corrective electrical works on both Low Voltage and High Voltage equipment Troubleshoot complex electrical control systems Conduct new installation and commissioning work Work closely in a team environment whilst also being able to work independently To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in heavy industries or a genuine interest and motivation to transition into manufacturing. You must be dedicated to maintaining safety and quality standards and be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
Our ideal candidate would also have: Current Electrical practitioners Licence with proven experience in the commercial and/or industrial sector Certificate III in Instrumentation and Controls, desirable Experience with PLC systems, motor control circuits HV Switching (national) ticket, desirable Licence to Perform High Risk Work - Work Platform and Forklift is advantageous Key Benefits Health and wellbeing program including an onsite gym, exercise physiologist, and Osteo.
