Job Overview:
As a Solar PV Installer, you'll be responsible for installing, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
This role combines hands-on installations with quality assurance, supporting Act Now Energy's commitment to safe, high-performance systems and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Evaluation: Conduct thorough checks of PV systems, ensuring panels, inverters, and electrical components meet specifications.
Compliance Verification: Confirm installations meet local, state, and national standards.
Quality Control: Assess installation quality, proactively address potential issues.
Documentation & Reporting: Generate clear reports on findings, recommendations, and corrections.
Communication: Collaborate with installation teams, project managers, and clients to resolve issues and guide corrective actions.
Safety: Follow all safety protocols, identifying and mitigating any potential hazards.
Training & Guidance: Share best practices and industry standards, supporting team growth and quality.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Valid QLD Electrical License SAA Solar PV and Battery Installer Certification Federal and State Police Check Experience in solar PV installations or related fields Familiarity with PV systems, electrical components, and industry standards Physically able to work at heights and in various weather conditions Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach What's in It for You:
