This is a permanent position, and the successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems. There is a permanent Day Work position as well as a Shift position meaning during the Production season you work shift, and during the maintenance season day work. Penalties are paid for working over your 38 hour per week roster! Job level will depend on current qualifications and skills mix. Main duties include but are not limited to: Installation, calibration and maintenance of electrical equipment Examines, diagnose and modify systems comprising inter-connected circuits. Maintain departments plans, data bases and other documentation Commissioning and tuning of electrical systems Fault finding of complex electrical control systems involving some combination of pneumatic, electronic, microprocessor based and/or mechanical subsystems.
